Ever fancied being a pilot or air traffic controller? Come closer with Google Earth.

Matt Fox from the GE Library has created this KML showing 3D airspace for the United States. Image overlays which become higher in resolution the closer you zoom in, and polygons representing airspace regions are available, giving an interesting look at air navigation. Additional viewing tip: If you press CTRL + G, you can "fly" in "Flight Control" mode giving a more realistic experience - CTRL + T will return you to the standard mode.
